Project Manager – Professional Services

A project manager with systems and network administration capabilities.

What you’ll do
In partnership with inFRONT’s sales and services teams and our customers’ emergency response and IT teams, you’ll deploy our platform, AllClear. This will be a full project lifecycle role including some presales technical support, project management of multiple internal and client resources during the project and some post-deployment support.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need these demonstrated skills:

  • Experience in Server Management (Windows or Linux – Linux preferred)
  • Experience leading projects involving management of multiple resources. While solo projects can be valuable, we’ll need to know that managing with cross functional teams is in your toolkit.
  • Proficiency in Networking (Setup, Troubleshooting, Routing), VPN, SSL VPN, Routing and VLANs, TCP/IP and OSI Model.

Some less quantifiable, but crucial requirements are:

  • An uncompromising focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Detailed written communication skills.
  • Enjoy working as a part of a committed team.

  • Full-time base salary: $75,000/yr – $85,000/yr
